Phil is a composer & musician from the Montreal area. During his days as a professional touring musician, he experienced a growing passion for film, television and gaming music and decided to take the plunge into the film scoring world on 2009. Originally a bass player, Phil also plays guitar, piano/keyboards and percussion. He showcases many of those instruments in the majority of his scores. Phil has composed music in various independent films and commercials and has received awards and honourable mentions in many international scoring contests. Most recently, Phil wrote the score for the independent short film On the Edge of Something which was accepted into the 2016 Toronto Independent Film Festival. He scored another TIFF accepted documentary called The Boobie Trap in 2015.
