Nicoletta Nomicou is a Composer for Film and Video Games, Orchestrator, and Classical Pianist from Athens, Greece. Her interest in music traces back to when she was 6 years old, listening to and observing her mother creating her own compositions at the piano. Nicoletta graduated Summa Cum Laude from the world-renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, where she pursued a dual degree in Film Scoring and Contemporary Writing and Production, and a minor in Video Game scoring . She was selected as the 2020 recipient of the George Delerue Memorial Award, Berklee’s highest Film Scoring scholarship in memory of the Oscar-Winning composer”. She was also the 2020 winner of the Commencement Processional Composition Competition, giving her the honor to have composed Berklee’s graduation march. She is a 2020 Academy Gold alumni, a program hosted by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences. Her goal as an artist is to inspire people both mentally and emotionally, and to stimulate the listener’s spontaneous thoughts and Interpretations.
