Ioannis “Johnny” Moutzouris is a Greek composer, music producer and multi-instrumentalist based in the United Kingdom/Greece. During the past five years his attention has shifted from being a session musician and producer to composing music for film, animation and video games. Consequently, Johnny has broadened his compositional technique by working on films and animations such as Proxy, From Green Lines to Green Lane, Nailbiter and Lucky Land to name a few. The score for the neo-noir short film Lucky Land earned him a nomination at STC 2017 for the Peer Raben Award. His compositional style can be best described as a unique blend of electronic soundscapes, intricate jazz harmonies and multi-layered percussion.
