As a child, I was always fascinated by music, and the Arts in general. I learnt how to play music by ear at around the age of 10 by watching my older brother play on his keyboard, however, I was unsatisfied by the limitations of the keyboard and tried my hand at the piano, which I now play fairly well, using my ear.  I also took part in the school band and choir and joined a ladies choir based in London when I was 16. The choir has brought out two albums and will soon be releasing a third. I was fortunate enough to tour Canada, America, Israel and parts of Europe with the choir, known as: The London Girls Choir. At the age of 30, I took up the violin for a few months and I often channel my knowledge of the instrument into my own compositions. Although I’ve always been fascinated by the Arts, I prefer to have a job “behind the scenes” and so music composition seemed like a good fit. At the age of 31, as a birthday present to myself, I enrolled in the Hans Zimmer Masterclass. Little did I know that this was going to be the start of an incredible journey.
