Dimitris was born in Cologne, Germany to a German mother and a Greek father. At an early age, Dimitris discovered his love for the arts, especially theater, opera and musical theater and dreamed of pursuing an acting career as a child. After going to the movies frequently he more and more realized how amazing it is to tell a story through music. He then started taking lessons in electronic music, theory and composition. In 2014, he received his Bachelor in Music Composition at the Prins Claus Conservertoire in Groningen (Netherlands) and studied also at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia (USA), where he finished his studies with a collaborative dance piece. Dimitris is very interested in intercultural, interdisciplinary collaboration and it is one of his dreams to build places for people to work together and let their creativity flow. He currently resides in the United States with his wife, a vocalist he met during his studies in Philadelphia.
